How Rent with TwinCity

1. Register Below and Schedule a Call

A representative from TwinCity will contact you to setup a preliminary call to assess if TwinCity Management and your property are the right fit.  The safety and satisfaction of our guests are our top concern. TwinCity units are all located in prime areas where access to transportation and conveniences are nearby.

2. Setup a Visit

A representative from TwinCity will come out to your property for an in person survey of the target rental property.  Staff will take a look at your unit and advise you as to what it will take to get it up to TwinCity standards for rental.

3. “Adult-Proof” Unit & Begin Active Renting

TwinCity Team will optimize your unit for  short term rentals by installing Security Cameras outside your unit, Smart Thermostats in the unit,  and Smart Locks on your doors.  Our team will also install our hotel quality linens and pillows ensuring our guests have a great sleep.  Professional Photographers will come to take pictures of the finished unit and you will be ready to start earning active income!

Listing Management

TwinCity Staff will service the unit and manage any issues that may arise.  Our staff will clean the unit after each use and make sure it is perfectly clean as per our Advanced Cleaning Protocol.

What is the management fee?

TwinCity charges a 20% Management Fee for your unit with NO HIDDEN CHARGES.

When do I receive my payment?

You will receive your payments monthly by the 7th of the month FOLLOWING the rental period.

How much additional revenue can I anticipate?

While there is no guarantee, actively managed furnished rentals can see revenue of up to 300%+ of what their passive options would yield, however, this is on the high end.  Overall, one can expect 150-200% of what passive income would yield (markets dependent).

Who is responsible for upkeep and maintenance?

TwinCity will handle all upkeep and maintenance on the unit.  However, it is the owner’s responsibility to pay for such maintenance.

How quickly can TwinCity onboard a unit?

Units have been onboarded in less than a week provided the listing is satisfactory.

Does TwinCity guarantee a minimum rent?

TwinCity does not guarantee a minimum monthly rent.  However, TwinCity is directly incentivized with you to make as much money as possible while providing our guests with a premium experience.
